ZonaTrust S.L. represented by Francesc Domingo and Xavier-Martí Carné reach an agreement with DiproTech partners to acquire 50% of the company together with the web development consultancy Shikumi Wakata S.L. which will participate in the remaining 50%.
The management of the company will be assumed by Xavier-Martí Carné as the new CEO of DiproTech, while Wakata will assume the role of software development department and providing part of its offices for the start of the activity.
The management of DiproTech is a challenge, since it is a company with more than 15 years of experience in the electronic engineering sector with more than proven prestige and with a great legacy in the development of technological projects, but we are prepared to face this new stage with the help of Wakata as a web and software developer.
